EDT tracking · Ireland

Every learner’s EDT, counted.

Pamio keeps track of which of the 12 EDT modules each learner has done, suggests the next one, and switches to pre-test lessons when they’re finished.

Modules, not a number

Which modules — not just how many.

Pamio records the modules each learner has actually done, so a missed or repeated one shows up. When you open a lesson, it suggests the next module — EDT 07 · Sharing the Road, say — and you change it in one tap if you covered something else.

A learner who did some EDT with another instructor starts from the modules they’ve already done.

Three kinds of learner

Full, reduced, or already done.

Each category-B learner is on one programme, set when you add them, on their profile, or by the learner on their own form:

Full programmeAll 12 modules.
Reduced programmeSix modules, for a learner who holds a full licence from another country.
Finished EDT elsewhereHere for pre-test lessons. Nothing is counted, and nothing goes to the RSA.

And then

No counting on your fingers.

Pre-test lessons, automatically

Once a learner has done their modules, new lessons are booked as pre-test lessons.

Log each EDT lesson with the RSA from your phone — about ten seconds.

Nothing left behind

The Schedule reminds you when EDT lessons are still waiting to be logged.

Questions

Good to know.

Does Pamio replace the learner’s logbook?

No. The learner’s logbook stays as it is. Pamio keeps your record of which modules each learner has done, and can log each lesson with the RSA for you.

What if I mark a learner as finished by mistake?

Un-mark them and their EDT lessons come straight back — Pamio reads it live, nothing is lost.

Does it work for learners on the reduced programme?

Yes — mark them as reduced and Pamio counts their six modules.

Is EDT tracking an extra?

No, it’s in every plan — see pricing.
