Terms of Service
Last updated: 21 July 2026
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your use of Pamio, a booking and management platform for businesses. By creating an account, or by accessing or using Pamio, you agree to these Terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to bind that business, and “you” means both you and the business.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use Pamio. These Terms work alongside our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle personal data.
1. What Pamio is
Pamio lets a business and its staff schedule and manage appointments and bookings, and lets the business’s customers reach it through chat (such as Telegram and WhatsApp) and, where enabled, phone calls and email. Pamio includes an AI assistant (“Pam”) that helps handle these conversations. We may add, change, or remove features over time.
2. Accounts and eligibility
- Pamio accounts are for businesses and their staff (administrators and team members), who must be adults. Customers do not sign up — they simply interact with the business through chat, phone, or email.
- You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in details secure. Tell us promptly at info@pamio.io if you suspect unauthorised use.
3. Your responsibilities for customer information
You decide what customer information to enter into Pamio and how to use it. For that information the business is the data controller and Pamio acts as its processor (see the Privacy Policy). You are responsible for having a lawful basis to enter and process your customers’ personal data, for giving them any notices required by law, and for obtaining any necessary consents — including for messaging them and for calls where calling is enabled.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use Pamio to break the law, infringe others’ rights, or send spam, unlawful, or abusive content;
- upload malware, attempt to gain unauthorised access, probe or disrupt the service, or circumvent its security or usage limits;
- reverse engineer, copy, resell, or provide the service to third parties except as intended for your own business;
- use the service in a way that harms Pamio, other users, or the underlying providers we rely on (such as messaging or telephony networks).
5. The AI assistant
Pam is automated and can make mistakes — it may occasionally be inaccurate or incomplete. It is not a substitute for professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing important actions (such as bookings, cancellations, and messages sent to customers) and for the decisions your business makes. Do not rely on the assistant for anything where an error would cause harm without a human check.
6. Fees
Where Pamio is provided for a fee, the fees, billing cycle, and payment terms are as agreed with you separately. Any such fees are payable as agreed, and unless stated otherwise are exclusive of taxes, which you are responsible for. We’ll give reasonable notice of changes to fees. If no fee has been agreed, your use is provided on the terms below.
7. Availability and changes
We work to keep Pamio reliable, but we don’t guarantee it will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, and we may carry out maintenance. Some parts of the service depend on third parties (for example messaging, telephony, email, and AI providers), and their availability is outside our control.
8. Intellectual property
Pamio and everything in it — software, design, and content we provide — belong to Pamio and its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Pamio for your business while these Terms apply. You keep ownership of the data your business puts into Pamio; you grant us the permission needed to host and process it to provide the service.
9. Suspension and termination
You can stop using Pamio and delete your account at any time from within the app. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the service or other users — where practical, we’ll give notice first. On termination, your right to use Pamio ends; deletion of associated data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
10. Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by law, Pamio is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will meet your requirements or that results (including anything produced by the AI assistant) will be accurate or reliable.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Pamio will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our total liability arising out of or relating to Pamio is limited to the greater of the fees you paid to us for the service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or €100. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Pamio against claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your use of the service in breach of these Terms or the law, or from the customer information you choose to process through Pamio.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We’ll change the “Last updated” date above and, for material changes, take reasonable steps to let account holders know. Continuing to use Pamio after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and the courts of Ireland have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, without affecting any mandatory consumer or data-protection rights you have under local law.
