Booking Terms

These terms apply when you book and pay for a driving lesson through Pamio. They sit alongside the driving school’s own terms and our Privacy Notice.

1. Who you’re dealing with

When you book a lesson through Pamio, your contract for the lesson is with the driving instructor named at checkout (the “Instructor”), who teaches under the name of the driving school also named there (the “School”). Pamio Limited, an Irish company (CRO no. 822663), provides the booking platform. Pamio is not a party to your lesson contract and does not receive your payment.

2. Price and payment

The Instructor sets the lesson price. The full price is shown before you pay. Payment is processed securely by Stripe on the Instructor’s behalf and goes to them. Your booking is confirmed when your payment succeeds. You pay for a lesson once: if it is later moved to another instructor of the School, your payment still covers it.

3. Cancellations and refunds

Cancellations and refunds follow the School’s cancellation policy, shown at checkout. Refunds are made by the Instructor you paid. The booking fee is non-refundable. If a lesson is refunded, you get the lesson price back. If the Instructor or the School cancels your lesson, you will get a full refund or can rebook at no extra cost. Refunds go to the original card within 14 days.

4. Complaints

For anything about your lesson, contact your Instructor or the School. For booking or payment issues, contact Pamio at info@pamio.io.

5. Responsibility

The Instructor is responsible for delivering your lesson. Pamio is responsible for the booking platform. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

6. Your data

See our Privacy Notice for how your data is used, including card payments.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force when you book applies to that booking.

8. Law

These terms are governed by Irish law. If you live elsewhere in the EU, you keep the protection of your local consumer law.
