Delete it yourself, in the app or on the web

If you are a school administrator, you can delete your school's account directly: sign in, open Settings → Account, and choose Delete account. You'll see a summary of what will be removed and a confirmation step. Deletion is immediate and permanent.

This removes the school and its associated data: staff and student records, bookings, availability, chat conversations, notification history, and any registered devices. A confirmation email is sent when it completes.

Instructors and students

Instructor and student records belong to the school that created them. Ask your school's administrator to remove your record, or contact us directly (below) and we will coordinate the deletion with the school as required by data-protection law.

Request deletion by email

If you can't or don't want to use the in-app option, email info@pamio.io from the address associated with your account with the subject "Account deletion request". We verify ownership and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What is kept

Nothing, except limited records we are legally required to retain (for example, billing/tax records where applicable). Details in our Privacy Policy.
